COVID-19 Protection

Consistent with the requirements noted for essential businesses in Maryland, and the recommendation of the CDC, to ensure the well-being of our customers and staff, Olmo Bros Nursery and Farm requires the wearing of facial masks while entering our Market Place and greenhouses; maintain 6ft social distancing in both area; sanitizing bagging area after each customer; and eliminating customer signing for credit card processor purchases.  In our kitchen and food processing areas, in addition to MD Health Department mandatory requirements for those areas, authorized personnel must additionally wear face mask and face shield and gloves while performing food prep and sanitize all work surfaces/equipment after each use.

As an added capability, we offer contactless purchasing on our Mercato wherein customers can preorder/prepay and have purchases delivered to their vehicle.

Olmo Bros Nursery & Farm is a family owned farm located in historic Annapolis, Maryland. Consistent with our Italian heritage and culture, we offer our customers various Italian specialties; Italian EVOO, Balsamic Vinegars from Modena, Taralli, canned tomatoes, Italian-style cured meats, etc. from our onsite farm Mercato (Market Place). Most of our vegetables and herbs are grown in our greenhouses from imported Italian seeds and sold direct to our customers at the farm. Following the generations of our family making specialty cheeses in Italy and the US, from our onsite Maryland Health Department Certified and licensed commercial kitchen, we produce fresh mozzarella, fresh ricotta – both plain and basil infused - fresh mozzarella-infused bruschetta, and fresh cannoli crema made from our fresh ricotta. To complement our fresh vegetables and cheese, we also offer fresh baked Italian breads, all of which are offered to our customers from our on-farm Mercato.
Our 20 ladies enjoy providing our customers the finest in freshly laid farm eggs.
